Great location, reasonable price, clean rooms, kind staff, beautiful interior garden maintained by the father, access to multiple onsens within walking distance.
Nothing, it is perfect.

Smack in the centre of Kannawa onsen district, the location was perfect for exploring the Seven Hells tour. It was within walking distance of five of the seven hells. the property had an open Onsen that was comfortable and nifty.
The staff was not very helpful and the hotel was messy.

Enjoyed my new year at a traditional Japanese ryokan. The breakfast was great, and the rotemburo was amazing - the outdoor bath was particularly relaxing. The hotel was situated in a peaceful location and offered easy access to nearby onsen. The hotel staff was friendly and tried their best to communicate despite the language barrier.
The lack of English information made it difficult to understand the systems and protocols of this traditional ryokan, which led to a little discomfort and uncertainty. The bedding was not very clean, which was a downside that affected my overall comfort level.

Great Place to Unwind and Relax If you're after relaxing and unwinding, this hotel is perfect. the hot springs are amazing, and the admission is included in your stay, plus no extra charge for the massages which were top, notch. Another advantage is the beautiful scenery around the hotel which is stunning especially in the autumn season. the hotel located is near the city center and surrounded by many excellent restaurants. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which makes the stay more enjoyable.
Limitations on Room Amenities the only drawback I noticed is that the in, room amenities were a bit limited. There is no mini, bar in room, although there is a vending machine in the hotel, but just a limited selection of drinks.
